ABOUT CREATOR
As the official Rippaverse Concept Artist, Marcos is the hand behind the designs for the vast majority of the characters you see pop up in our comic book universe. He works closely with each writer to ensure their visions for the characters they create are brought to life in a way which the interior artists can clearly understand and bring to readers in the form of a polished finished product. His creativity crosses multiple genres, capable of creating fun and colorful superheroes and grotesque and disturbing monsters just as easily.
Marcos Rios has one of the earliest pairs of eyes on new Rippaverse projects, and as such, he gets to know about upcoming books far in advance from fans and general public, sometimes by a year or more. Marcos is also the sequential artist for the RippaZine strip A Bird’s Eye View.
