Stephanya Martinez might be the last living relative that Yaira has left. A child of the streets, this former gang member is on her redemption journey as a newest cadet for the Alphacore.
Stephanya wears torn jeans with an overall punk look. She is never seen without her crucifix which is adorned with blue crystals, a family heirloom passed down to her from her Abuela, Carmen. She is street-smart and tough as hell but has fallen in with a bad crowd. Despite making bad choices from even worse options, Stephanya has an unshakeable faith and when times turn hard, she turns to solace in prayer.
Stephanya is an Except with powers akin to those of Yaira. She has nowhere near the same power level, and the abilities she does have, she is still struggling to control, as they are new to her.
Stephanya is a former gang member but has cut all ties with her previous life. Her only remaining family, unbeknownst to her, is Yaira.
