Five released animated pieces, plus the clip program and trailer funded by 800+ backers of the first RippaWorks campaign, all in active production. And through all of it, you told us the same thing: you want something longer.
Here is something you may not know. We have been approached multiple times by producers and studios about Rippaverse shows. We turned them down. Every time. We would rather build this ourselves, own every frame of it, and license it out on our terms if we ever license it at all. Nobody buys the Rippaverse. The Rippaverse builds.
So this is the next step, and it is a big one: the Rippaverse Animated Universe. Real episodes. Real stories with a beginning, middle, and end. One connected animated continuity built on the characters you already know.
Goal One greenlights Episode One: ISOM. Every milestone past it adds to the roster: The Horseman. Yaira. Alphacore. And at the top of the mountain, the Exclave finale, where they share the screen. Phase One starts now.

Rippaverse Studios does not arrive empty-handed. Five animated pieces are already released and public: the Isom #2 trailer, the Alphacore #1 trailer, the Yaira animated trailer, The Horseman: Welcome to Florespark, and the Norfrica: Glorious Death music video. The clip program and fully animated trailer funded by the first RippaWorks campaign are in active production and rolling out.
This campaign funds the next stage: full episodes. Production partners are vetted, bids are in hand, and Episode One enters production the moment Goal #1 is reached. Backers hear about every release by email before anyone else.

A note on how this works: physical items ship together in one package after the final funded episode releases, so the Blu-ray can collect everything this campaign produces. Contributions are held securely during the campaign. If Goal #1 is not reached by campaign end, every contribution is automatically refunded in full. Once Goal #1 is reached, Episode One enters production and contributions are final. The caps on Signature, Associate Producer, Producer, and Executive Producer are hard limits. When they are gone, they are gone.

What is the Rippaverse Animated Universe?
It is exactly what it sounds like: a connected animated continuity built on Rippaverse characters, produced independently by Rippaverse Studios and funded directly by fans. Goal One greenlights Episode One: ISOM. Milestones beyond it add episodes for The Horseman, Yaira, Alphacore, and the Exclave finale.
How is this different from the Animation Fund?
The Rippaverse Studios Animation Fund was our proving ground: ten animated clips and a fully animated trailer, funded in January 2026 and now rolling out. That campaign is complete and closed, and every obligation from it is being honored on its own schedule. This is a new, completely separate campaign with one purpose: full episodes. You told us you wanted something longer. This is it.
How long is an episode?
Approximately six minutes of fully finished animation per episode, with the Exclave finale at approximately seven. We are being upfront about that on purpose. Professional animation runs $15,000 to $24,000 per finished minute at market rate, and our production bids reflect it. Six minutes of animation worth rewatching beats thirty minutes of filler, and as milestones unlock, the universe grows.
Why not just take a studio deal?
We have been approached by producers and studios about Rippaverse shows more than once, and we declined. A studio deal means someone else owns the schedule, the standards, and eventually the characters. We would rather build the Animated Universe ourselves, own it outright, and license it on our terms if we ever license it at all. This campaign is how independent animation gets made without permission.
What happens if this does not fund?
Contributions are held securely during the campaign. If Goal #1 is not reached by campaign end, all contributions are automatically and fully refunded to the original payment method. Once Goal #1 is reached, Episode One officially enters production and funds are allocated to development. Stretch milestones produce their episodes only if reached; if a milestone is not reached, that content is not produced, and because the base goal was met, contributions remain allocated to production.
When will the episodes be released?
Episode One is estimated approximately eight months after Goal #1 is reached, and we will post regular production updates to backers the entire way: animatics, voice sessions, and work-in-progress material through the insider channels. Each additional funded episode follows on a rolling schedule roughly three to four months apart, with production overlapping. Every episode releases free to everyone; backers get 24-hour early access. All timelines are estimates, subject to production, and every update goes to backers by email first.
When will physical items ship?
In one package. The Animation Special comic, the Phase One Blu-ray, and the production art prints ship together after the final funded episode releases, so the Blu-ray can collect everything this campaign produces. One package, one tracking number per backer, exactly like the Animation Fund consolidation. Shipping confirmation goes out by email.
How will I receive my digital rewards?
Digital rewards, early access links, Digital Vault material, and credit confirmations go to the email address used at checkout. Make sure it is accurate. Discord roles are assigned via the Discord username provided at checkout, and you can join later if you are not on Discord yet.
Can I contribute more than once?
Yes. You can back multiple tiers, upgrade by backing again, or add any amount through Open Support. Every dollar counts toward the same milestones.
What is your refund policy?
If Goal #1 is not met, everything refunds automatically and in full. Once Goal #1 is met, funds are committed to production and all contributions are final and non-refundable, including contributions made after the goal is reached.
Is this a pre-order?
No. RippaWorks campaigns are crowdfunding, not pre-orders. Contributions fund production of creative projects and are governed by the goal and refund structure above, not by our standard pre-order policies.
Do you use AI to make the animation?
No. The animation we deliver is made by human artists, animators, and performers. No generative AI in delivered animation. That standard is written into our production agreements.
How long will the campaign run?
Roughly 60 days, ending on a Friday at 11:00 PM Central Time. The exact end date posts on this page at launch. If you miss the window, late pledges will be available after the campaign closes.
What if I miss the campaign?
Late pledges will be available after the campaign closes. You will still be able to back a tier and receive everything that tier includes. Late pledge details post on this page when the campaign ends.
What are the stretch goals?
Every milestone past Goal #3 adds a full episode: The Horseman at $450,000, Yaira at $625,000, Alphacore at $800,000, and the seven minute Exclave finale at $1,000,000. The full ladder is published on this page. The universe grows as far as you take it.
TERMS OF SERVICE
- Voluntary Contributions: all payments are voluntary contributions toward development and production of the Rippaverse Animated Universe.
- Escrow and Refunds: contributions are collected and held securely during the campaign. If Goal #1 ($100,000) is not met by campaign end, all payments are automatically reversed and fully refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
- Once Goal #1 is met: Episode One enters production, funds are allocated to development, and all contributions, including subsequent ones, are final and non-refundable.
- Stretch Milestones: content attached to a milestone is produced only if that milestone is reached. Unreached milestones are not produced and do not entitle contributors to refunds once Goal #1 has been met.
- Rewards: digital items deliver electronically to the checkout email. Physical rewards ship only for tiers of $100 and above, in a single consolidated shipment after the final funded episode releases.
- Not a Pre-Order: this campaign is crowdfunding support for creative projects, not a standard Rippaverse pre-order, and add-on contributions are voluntary.
- Late Pledges: contributions made after the campaign closes are governed by the same terms. Because Goal #1 will already have been resolved at that point, late pledges are final and non-refundable.
- Use of Funds: funds are allocated exclusively to the Rippaverse Animated Universe campaign and related fulfillment expenses.
- Intellectual Property: all Rippaverse characters, likenesses, and creative works remain the sole property of Rippaverse Publishing LLC.
- Policy Updates: Rippaverse reserves the right to update or clarify these terms if required by law or operational necessity.
