Are you ready to step into the shoes (or boots) of your favorite Rippaverse (RIPPAVERSE) character? This Halloween, we’re hosting the ultimate RIPPAVERSE Cosplay Contest, and we’re inviting all fans—whether you’re a novice cosplayer or a seasoned pro—to bring your creative talents to life. This is your chance to shine, show off your costume-making skills, and win some exciting prizes!
The Contest:
We’re challenging you to cosplay as any character from the RIPPAVERSE universe! Whether you’ve been waiting for an excuse to don your hero’s cape or dive into the crafting of epic armor, now’s the time to show the world what you’ve got. This contest is perfect for Halloween, so let’s see your best heroic (or villainous) transformations!
Categories:
To make sure everyone has a chance to compete at their skill level, we’re offering three different categories:
- Beginner: 50% of the costume must be made by the contestant(s).
- Intermediate: 60% of the costume must be made by the contestant(s).
- Master: 75% of the costume must be made by the contestant(s).
Whether you’re just starting your cosplay journey or are a master of the craft, there’s a place for you to shine!
How to Enter:
We’ve made submitting your entry easy. Here’s what you need to do:
- Take a Full-Body Photo of yourself in your costume, striking your best superhero pose.
- (Optional) Record a Video where you talk about your costume, its creation process, and what RIPPAVERSE characters mean to you.
- Submit a Written Piece telling us why cosplay and comics are important to you. We want to hear your thoughts on how these art forms have impacted your life.
- Fill Out the Submission Form with your contact information and agree to the Release Form, allowing us to feature your amazing work on our platforms.
Submission Deadline:
- Submissions Open: October 2nd, 2024
- Submissions Close: October 25th, 2024

The Prizes:
We’re offering some exciting rewards for the most creative, detailed, and heroic entries!
- RIPPAVERSE Staff Pick (Grand Prize): A CGC-graded comic straight from the RIPPAVERSE vaults.
- Fan Favorite: Two items of merchandise of your choice (excluding statues).
- Three Random Giveaways: We’ll be selecting three lucky participants at random to win a prize just for entering!
How Winners Are Decided:
- RIPPAVERSE Staff Pick: Our expert RIPPAVERSE team will carefully review all submissions to choose the best cosplay based on creativity, craftsmanship, and accuracy to the character.
- Fan Favorite: This one is up to the RIPPAVERSE community! After the submission window closes, we’ll open the voting to fans from October 26th through October 30th.
Winners Announced:
Mark your calendars! The winners will be announced on Halloween, October 31st, 2024, across our website and social media channels.
