By Jen & Sylvia Soska

The Rippaverse Guests for Fan Expo Denver have been confirmed! You heard it right: The Rippaverse will be part of the Fan Expo this upcoming July 4-7th at the Colorado Convention Center in beautiful Denver, Colorado, and they’re bringing the team back to the convention circuit to meet fans and share their love of comics. This is after the massive success of MegaCon in Florida two months ago, where the team met fans, signed books, hosted panels, and even participated in meet-up events.

Everyone had a great time, and huge crowds came out to support the Rippaverse! The team was so happy to connect with you all. We’ve been busy behind the scenes setting up more appearances where we can connect with fans.

Appearing at the Fan Expo Denver will be Founder & CEO of the Rippaverse, Eric D July, alongside his fellow Backwordz vocalist and Financial Operations Manager, Alex Miller, Operations Manager Brandon Taylor, author & Executive Assistant Carrow Brown, Creative Manager Andrew Rodriguez, and Customer Service Manager, Kara Lynne. From streaming to making sure you get your orders, this is the team you get to see and interact with every day for all your Rippaverse needs.

Soska Sisters, Eric July, and Mike Baron NDA at MegaCon Orlando

Joining them from the writing team is industry legend Mike Baron, who is the writer for the highly anticipated Goodyng: The Polymath, which is coming next from the Rippaverse. With him are horror movie directors and the writers behind Yaira and Bloodruth, the Soska Sisters.

Yaira’s first appeared in Isom #1 and quickly became one of the most popular characters created by Eric July. A fan of their Black Widow: No Restraints Play series for Marvel, Eric hired the Soskas to write Yaira. Goodyng and Bloodruth would be introduced in Isom #2, another creative win for Eric D July, as fans reacted strongly to both characters. Voicing interest in joining the Rippaverse, fans rejoiced to see Mike Baron attached to bring the character of Goodyng to life. Bloodruth #1 will be the first horror comicbook from The Rippaverse and a perfect fit for the Soska Sisters’ specialty.

Yaira #1 is currently available for preorder. Goodyng: The Polymath is the next book from the publisher and the first to be released outside of the traditional campaign format, while Bloodruth #1 is set to be released later this year!

BUT THAT’S NOT ALL – if you were at MegaCon or looked at the pics online from the event, you saw a lot of friends of The Rippaverse join us at our booth for signing and photos, and it’s happening again!

Who is coming? Stay tuned to this space for a full additional guest lineup, but we can say that the wonderful author and Geeks and Gamer YouTuber Drunk 3P0, aka Jay, will join us! If you haven’t heard, Jay’s new book, Achromatic Chronicles: Green, the follow-up to his all-ages hit Achromatic Chronicles: Blue, is coming soon via RippaSend—the new wing of The Rippaverse which helps independent creatives get their products to customers.

Will there be any convention-exclusive items? We may have a few goodies in mind! Will NDAs be broken? Not if NDAndrew has anything to say about it! Will spoilers be spilled? See last question! You’ll have to join The Rippaverse Team in Denver for Fan Expo this July to find out for sure, and we hope you do!

More details are coming regarding panels and meet-up events and which additional friends of The Rippaverse will be in attendance during Fan Expo Denver! Stay tuned, and we’re looking forward to seeing y’all there.
