Jon Salvage didn’t ask for a war. It came to his streets anyway.
The first issue put the L.F. Certified P.I. on the event-level stage with the question from Lethal Force still wide open: who the hitman really worked for. That answer never came. The case never closed.
Now the fallout from the Devling King’s invasion spreads deeper into Florespark, and Salvage is pulled into cases, confrontations, and consequences he would rather not be anywhere near. The war does not care that he works alone. The streets he knows are changing under his feet, and some of the answers he has been chasing since Lethal Force are tangled up in the chaos.
This is the P.I.’s-eye view of the event: street-level, personal, and getting worse by the page. The case never closed. The war just made it bigger.
