WHAT IS HERO STASH?

The Hero Stash allows you to pay for items upfront while we hold them for up to 90 Days, enabling you to combine multiple orders in your “stash” into a single shipment to save on shipping costs.

If no action is taken by the 90 Day deadline, your order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How to Add to Hero Stash

Step 1: Log in to your Rippaverse.com account

Step 2: Add items to your cart as usual

Step 3: Select “Add to Hero Stash” from the Shipping Method selection at checkout to hold your order instead of shipping immediately or when fulfillment begins for a collection.

Step 4: Select “Ship all items together once the pre-order is available” from the dropdown.

Step 5: Ensure that Add to Hero Stash is still your selected shipping method and proceed with the checkout process as normal.

Step 6: View and manage your stashed orders from your account under the “Hero Stash” tab.

WHAT DOES "CONSOLIDATE" MEAN?

Consolidating your Hero Stash is the final step to process and prepare your orders for shipping. It combines all selected orders in your stash into a single order, ensuring everything is ready for fulfillment. During consolidation, you will only pay the calculated shipping fee based on your order and delivery location. Once you consolidate, your order is locked in, and no additional items or changes can be made.

HOW TO CONSOLIDATE AND PAY FOR SHIPPING

Step 1: Login to your Rippaverse.com account and Locate Your Hero’s Stash tab 

Step 2: Click the checkbox of the order(s) that you would like to consolidate (pay for shipping).  

Step 3: Click Consolidate & Calculate Shipping button to pay for the shipping. 

Step 4: All selected items will appear in your cart with a $0 price so it can take the product information (size/weight/etc) to calculate the shipping fee accurately. This is normal and ensures you don’t pay for the items again. 

Step 5: Choose your preferred shipping method and proceed through the standard checkout process. Once paid, it will move your selected order(s) from “On Hold” to “Processing” status on your Orders tab.

Important Rules

  • Your Hero Stash order(s) will NOT SHIP until it has been consolidated by you. It is not done automatically.
  • You cannot add new items to a consolidated cart—only previously purchased stashed items.
  • Certain items with a single order limit, such as statues and other rare collectibles, are not eligible for Hero Stash.
  • If you select separate shipping, the Hero Stash option will not be available at checkout.
  • Only “stashed” orders are eligible to consolidate. They cannot be combined with orders that are already Processing. 

Expiration & Refund Policy

  • Orders in Hero Stash will be held for 90 days.
  • After 90 days, if an order has not been consolidated for shipping, it will be canceled and refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Canceled orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Users will receive email and notifications before expiration.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO CONSOLIDATE MY ORDERS?

If you don’t consolidate within 90 days, the items will be returned to inventory and you will be refunded.

WILL I BE CHARGED TAX AGAIN WHEN CONSOLIDATING?

Taxes are paid at the time of the original order. When consolidating, you will only pay for shipping. However, if your shipping address changes, taxes may be adjusted accordingly.

DOES HERO STASH WORK WITH INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, Hero Stash is available for international orders, but shipping costs and tax recalculations may apply based on the destination address. You will still be subject to any taxes and duties required by your country.

WILL MY ORDER AUTOMATICALLY SHIP WHEN FULFILLMENT BEGINS?

No, orders in the Hero Stash are still in the On Hold status until it has been consolidated and shipping has been paid.

CAN I USE A COUPON WHEN CONSOLIDATING MY STASH?

Coupons can only be applied at the time of your initial order submission and cannot be used during the consolidation process.

I ONLY HAVE 1 ORDER IN MY STASH. DO I STILL NEED TO CONSOLIDATE?

Yes, even if you have only one order in your Hero Stash, you will need to consolidate it to proceed with finalizing your order. Consolidation ensures that all orders, regardless of quantity, are properly processed and prepared for shipping.

CAN I REDEEM MY FREE RIPPAZINE WHEN CONSOLIDATING?

No, a free Rippazine cannot be redeemed during the consolidation process. Free Rippazines are eligible to be redeemed only at the time of submitting your original order.

CAN I ADD STUFF TO MY ORDER WHEN CONSOLIDATING MY HERO STASH?

No, you cannot add items to your order during the consolidation process for your Hero Stash. Consolidation is designed to finalize and process the existing items in your stash for shipping. If you’d like to add more items, you’ll need to place a new order.

CAN I COMBINE MY HERO STASH BETWEEN RIPPAVERSE AND RIPPASEND?

No, you cannot combine your Hero Stash between Rippaverse and Rippasend. These are two separate websites and are not connected, so their stashes must be managed and consolidated independently.
